Return and Exchange Policy

Agrata Accessories implements a stringent quality control process to ensure that each product undergoes a three-stage quality check before dispatching. This significantly reduces the likelihood of delivering a defective product to your doorstep. However, if you receive a damaged item, your order will be eligible for exchange only.

Please note: No complaints will be considered without an accompanying unboxing video.

Terms and Conditions:

• All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Exchange requests will only be processed if accompanied by a valid unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product upon delivery.
• Exchange requests will be subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer an alternative or store credit.
• Shipping costs associated with exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Due to device display settings or photography, the actual color of the product may slightly vary.
